I have 3 years and 3 months of experience as a customer service representative for Amazon. We are receiving a lot of inbound calls every day from customers. Processing refunds, replacements, returns cancelling accounts and locating fraudulent charges. Contacting third-party sellers and manufacturers.

Then I applied to a different company I worked there for 3 months of customer / technical support experience for Netflix. We take inbound calls from customers who need assistance in troubleshooting their devices. Processing refunds, cancelling accounts and locating fraudulent charges. Sending emails in every transaction for the customer’s reference. Walking the customer through the website in updating their payment method.

I am currently working as a part-time ESL teacher for 51 talk.

I can provide an excellent experience to every client. I am a problem solver and a great listener. Providing every information that the client needs and handling every call in a professional way. I am also great at helping a customer troubleshoot their device. I am a quick and smart learner. I always make sure that everything is wrapped up before the end of the call to make sure that the customer is satisfied.
